Singapore 28 Oct 2010 – Singapore Telecommunications Ltd (SingTel), Asia’s leading communications group and Nokia, a world leader in mobile communications, today announced that SingTel will be the first operator to offer the highly-anticipated Nokia N8 to its customers starting from 5 Nov 2010 for a period of 4 weeks. The handset will also be available in Nokia Stores and Nokia appointed retail outlets from the same date. As the first smartphone in the world to be powered by the new Symbian^3 operating system, the Nokia N8 is the ultimate multimedia entertainment phone.
